Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging, including all certificates and protective films, to ensure they remain safe during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
